Terms of Service

We own cats. We don't let them in our work space however you should keep that in mind. If you're allergic to them please consider commissioning us.Note, we do not work on real fur. We are against animal bestiality.● We can give you a free quote if you want to know how much it may cost you to get a fursuit made by us.
● The price may vary depending on your character design. The more complex design is, the higher price can get.
● We only use HQ materials for our costumes to give to your suit the best results. We don't accept fur already bought from a client or others.
● Wiccat Productions owner and their partner are a part of LGBTQ+ communitty. Any hate speech towards LGBTQ+, disabled people, women, men is not acceptable and we can refuse commission if you share any hate speech proundly towards those groups.
● Don't comment my prices. Fursuit is a luxury, handmade costume. If you can’t afford it, just don't buy it.
● The reference sheet of your character needs to be clear, legible and show the front, back and side of your character (only digital art), otherwise, your order may be rejected.
● We don't support AI and we won't be accepting any AI generated images for the reference.
● We reserve the right to refuse your commission without giving a reason.
● Depending on our queue, health condition and the complexity of the project TAT (Turnaround time) is from 3-6 months to 1 year. Don't rush us. We work slow but we always care about the quality. Don't ask for the updates everyday, that stresses us so much. If we started with your order, It's better to ask about the updates once in a month. Remember, you can be last one in the queue but it doesn’t mean you can push us with questions when we start with your comm. Respect our time, work, us. We do have a life, not only work.
● If you are getting a full fursuit please mail in a Duct Tape Dummy. If your duct tape dummy is not made properly we are not responsible for how your suit fits. Password: kittysoftpaws.
● You pay for shipping after the fursuit is completed. Please give us your full address and we will give you a quote for shipping.
● We make fursuits in toony and grumpy style. We don’t make other fursuit styles at the moment.
● We don't do refunds until the fursuit is already started. Refunds for materials are non-refundable.
● Don't change your character reference sheet or species/design in general during our work. For example: the faux fur colors, eyes, teeth, minky, etc.
● All our fursuits come with a 1 year warranty. In that timeframe, any damage done to the suit will be repaired for free as long as the owner pays the shipping.
● Suits can have asymmetric parts or perfection. You can expect some imperfections in fur symmetry and gluing. We consider defects to be any visible rips, popped seams or elements that affect the wearer’s comfort.
However, we pay a lot of attention to the details and do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your suit.
● Please, report any fit issues to us. We are always happy to help.
● We do not allow any unauthorized modifications made by other maker otherwise the suit loses the warranty.
● Please keep in mind that Wiccat Productions is a one-person team. From customer service, responding to emails, the completion of fursuit work, and more, being a one-person workshop is tough.PAYMENT
● The price may vary depending on your character design.
● All payments are in euros currency and will be made through PayPal.
● For payments with Paypal we will charge an additional 5% fee for transfers, it will be added to the total price. Unfortunately, PayPal charges fees for any transactions from us. That's why we have to add it to the total price of your order.
● 35%-40% non-refundable downpayment for materials is required.
● Payment plans have a minimum of €300 per month.
● The finished product will be shipped only when the full payment has been completed.SHIPPING METHODS
● We do ship internationally however we are not able to ship to US right now due to current custom laws which is out of our control.
● We have several shipping methods available to choose for our customers.
1. Polish Post Office - depending of the package weight the shipping costs may vary from €50 to €100.
2. For polish customers we are able to ship by InPost. The shipping cost for a small partial is around €5/21PLN. Note the size of the package is limited so if you're ordering full partial or fullsuit from us, we have to ship your order through Polish Post Office.
What do I DO?
● Canines (from wolves to uncommon dog breeds).
● Felines (from big to domestic cats),
● Rodents, hooved characters. For other species, please ask!
● Single parts like heads, handpaws, tail, etc.
● Velcro eyelids (€20+ per pair) (no magnetic ones at the moment).
● Tongues: velcro and magnetic (€15+),
● Fully-lined fursuit heads.
● Fursuit hair from €30 to €200 depending of the length and your character's hairstyle.
● 4-fingered handpaws
● 5-fingered handpaws (€50+ extra)
● Bodysuits with padding and no padding (digitigrade and plantigrade)
What I DON'T DO?
● We do not work with minors. You MUST be over 18 to commission me for a suit. You must submit government issued photo I.D with your name, face, and birthday before proceeding with a commission.
● We do not use real fur to produce our costumes.
● We do not fur other maker's bases.
● We don't work on headbases with moving jaw anymore.
● We don't work on stolen or copyrighted characters.
● No refunds if I started your commission already.
● We don't work on deadlines.
● We don't work on stolen or copyrighted characters.
● We don't change our style in other maker's style.
● We will not use low-quality materials or techniques to provide you a cheaper cost.
● We do not make handpaws with 3D or resign claws.
● We don't do any electronics at the moment.
● We don't paint any areas using airbrush.
● Our fursuit eyes are very durable and detailed. They are sublimated. We don't paint eyes for our costumes by ourselves anymore.
● We don't do holds, sorry.

● Customized models made in our style and TPU headbases made by Nuke Creations.
● Eyeblanks made by Print It All.
● Piercing and any other accessories are printed by Print It All.

These are our base prices which means they can go higher depending on your character complexity.Head only with two faux colors and one minky color starts from €1200+ Next colors start from €100+.Handpaws with one faux fur color and minky claws start from €220+. Next fur colors start from €25-45+.
Mochi Minky paw pads €20+, vinyl €30+.
This price is for four-fingered paws. If you want five-fingered ones it costs extra €50+.Tail prices are for one or two faux fur colors + one minky color. Another faux fur color €70+:Nub tails - €50+ (belt loop included, we don’t usually make hidden belt loop for these).Medium tails - €150+ (hidden belt loops included).Large tails - €250+ (hidden belt loops included).Floor dragger tails - €350+ (hidden belt loops included) Feetpaws prices are for one faux fur color, claws and outdoor type.Plantigrade - start from €350+.Digitigrade - start from €450+.
If you want indoor feetpaws these ones cost extra €70+.Feetpaws with magnetic soles where you can replace them from outdoor to indoor cost extra €120+.Small partial includes head, handpaws and tail.
Starts from €1700+.Full Partial includes head, handpaws, tail, armsleeves and feetpaws.
Starts from €2100+.Bodysuit plantigrade includes body, feetpaws and tail.
